About the vineyards around the village of Santo Stefano Roero, in the heart of the Roero wine-growing area.
Brilliant straw yellow color. Refined, rather pronounced, fresh scent, with aromatic notes of ripe yellow fruit (melon), citrus, floral and mineral nuances, with a hint of almond. Medium-bodied on the palate, with good intensity and crisp acidity. Balanced, elegant, with good complexity, with a long-lasting aftertaste and a definite mild salinity.
Recommended as an aperitif with light starters, vegetables, raw fish, salads, light soups, simple veal, pork and chicken dishes and creamy cheeses.

If the minimum purchase value of HUF 40,000 is fulfilled, the products will be delivered free of charge within 2-3 working days within the borders of Budapest upon request. The delivery period is from Tuesday to Friday. It is also possible to pick up in person at our restaurant, during opening hours.
