One of the essential ingredients of our kitchen is balsamic vinegar, made from the must of the Trebbiano grape native to the Modena area. It is cooked over a slow fire for half a day, until it is reduced by half, and then it is stored in high-quality, smaller and smaller barrels made of different woods, treated with a special technique, so that the valuable liquid inside turns into vinegar during the oxidation process. The final result is tasted by a consortium of experts, who then score its color, density, taste and smell.
The end result of 12 years of maturation is the exceptional balance between aroma and taste.

If the minimum purchase value of HUF 40,000 is fulfilled, the products will be delivered free of charge within 2-3 working days within the borders of Budapest upon request. The delivery period is from Tuesday to Friday. It is also possible to pick up in person at our restaurant, during opening hours.
